As part of my ongoing photography series "Desert Landscapes" I captured this aerial scenery using high definition video equipment onboard a drone.

Using a drone, I am able to capture elements of nature in a unique and unprecedented way.

The Carbolet Hike

One of the scariest hikes in the Israeli Desert

The Carbolet hike is a section of the Israel Trail or Shvil Yisrael, said to be the most challenging part of the entire trail. Carrying 40 pounds of equipment for this hike was brutal, but fortunately I was able to capture some stunning aerial views from the peak of the Carbolet cornice.
